party cardholder to charge his/her card with the respective

TOP

Most Airlines' fares that are offered by Ticketpilot.ca are
special promotional fares that require instant same day purchases.
TicketPilot.ca guarantees any fare quoted provided that payment
is applied and received by midnight of the same day that the
reservation was made. In the event that your ticket(s) can only
be issued the next morning, we may not be able to guarantee
the price because the fare may have expired. Under such circumstances
we will not charge your credit card or issue a ticket with an
alternate price.
TOP
Is my profile information confidential?
Ticketpilot will not reveal your profile to anyone other than
travel suppliers such as Airlines, Hotels, Car rental companies
and Tour Operators in order to complete and confirm your reservation.
TOP

TOP
How do I know if my flight is changeable or refundable
?
For us to offer the best deal possible we have provided our
customers with the best fare offered by a single airline or
a combination of fares offered by a combination of airlines.
These are fares that carry restrictive terms and conditions
that in most cases involve a penalty of some kind. Different
airlines will carry different change fees. All tickets, once issued, are non-refundable.
We always recommend that once you have selected your flight and have entered
your traveler's information, that you do two
things: (1) Check that dates, times and departure and destinations
booked are correct (2) See the specific restrictions
attached by scrolling the 'Rules and Restrictions'' before
you confirm acceptance of your reservations. The fare rules
will inform you if the airline(s) charges to make changes.
If changes are allowed, the extent to which you can make such
changes and how much extra will be payable by you is dependent
upon fare availability of the new travel dates and flights. If the details shown
are not what you requested please start all over again before
applying payment.
TOP
Can I apply for future credit?
Most ticket(s) offered on Ticketpilot.ca are a combination of
fares that would allow you the lowest fare available at time
of purchase. For that reason most of these tickets are non-refundable
or bears a very high cancellation charge. Some airlines do offer
a future credit on the ticket purchased subject to a reissue/change
fee. This credit can be used for future travel provided that
your current reservations are cancelled at least one day before
the actual date of departure. Please note that any future
credit is non-transferable and can only be used for the person
for whose name appears on the ticket that is being cancelled.
Your
new travel arrangements can only be redeemed for travel on the
airline for which it was issued to and that all new travel arrangements
must be booked through Ticketpilot.ca only. Contact one of our
customer service agents for the validity of your new future
travel arrangements. Be informed that the current value of your
ticket(s) can be applied to any new fare purchased less any
reissue/change fees applied by the airlines. In the event that
the new fare purchased is greater than your credit balance then
the fare differential must collected. No refund will be made
by the airline if the new fare purchased is lower than the credit
balance.
Whatever
the adjustment, the airline and Ticketpilot.ca, will levy a
penalty equivalent to (airline charges) per ticket and CAD50.00
per person respectively on top of any fare differential to cover
any and all cancellation fees with reference to this change.
Your acceptance of this option must be advised by email to customer@ticketpilot.com
at least two days prior to your ticketed departure.
TOP
What can I expect to pay to change or cancel my travel
arrangement?
Each airline has its own policy when it comes to charges for
changes and cancellations. Due to the restrictive nature of
the ticket purchased, some airlines do not allow refunds either
partially or in full. Changes to flights or date or destination
are solely dependable on the rules and conditions govern by
the fare purchased. One thing is certain and that is NO NAME
CHANGE is permitted. (please read "How
do I know if my flight is changeable or refundable ?)
In cases of no-shows no refund will be given.
In
the event that changes have to be made and tickets have to be
reissued, a service fee of $75.00 will be added to the charges
levied by the airlines(s). In cases of cancellation Ticketpilot.ca
will charge a service fee of $100.00 in addition to any airline
charges.
The average Airline’s penalty is about $200.00 per ticket.
A fare differential resulting in a higher fare must be collected
before new tickets can be issued. No Refund will be given by
the airline(s) in the cases where the new fare is lower than
the original fare paid.
Tickets
are non-endorsable and non-transferable. This means ticket issued
for travel on a particular airline cannot be transferred to
another airline and name on the ticket cannot be changed to
another.
For E-ticket Transactions:
You may call at least 24 hours before your original departure
to make changes and/or cancellation to your original ticketed
reservations.
Paper ticket Transactions:
Changes or cancellations to a ticketed file must be made at
least 14 days prior to the original date of travel or 14 days
prior to the new dates of travel, whichever comes first. Tickets
that need to be exchanged or reissued must reach our service
centre at least 7 business days before the new travel dates
takes effect.
This will allow our service centre enough turnaround time to
issue and send you your new tickets.
No new ticket will be issued without first receiving the original
ticket.

with that fare. Airfares change throughout the day, based on
the demand for the flight and the airlines' right to modify
them at any time.
Ticketpilot.ca monitors these changes closely and makes every
effort to keep our fare displays as current as possible. Sometimes
the fare difference is the result of a technical issue. In that
case, clicking "Select" will display the most up-to-date
fare.

Many of the airlines now have a seat selector function and you
can enter your seat preference during the booking process. Please
note however that we cannot guarantee seat allocation.

Can I still use my original ticket if there is a schedule
change?
If
you are holding an electronic ticket:
When changes to your original itinerary/ticket involves a flight
number change or a time change, there would be no need for us
to reissue you with new set of tickets. You would only need
to go to “http://www.checkmytrip.com”
and enter your ‘ confirmation number ’ and ‘
your last name ’ to display your new itinerary. Please
make a copy of your updated itinerary and present that to the
airline for check-in.
IMPORTANT - If your new itinerary involves a change in routing,
then a new set of electronic tickets will be issued and forwarded
to you.
If you are holding a paper ticket:
In cases of paper tickets, where changes are only to the times
of departure and arrival your original ticket is valid at the
time of check-in.
However, if changes were made to the flight numbers or to your
itinerary routing, then we would need to reissue you with new
ones. In order for us to do so we would need to have the old
original tickets in our office before any reissue can be done.
Upon receiving notice of your schedule changes it is imperative
that the tickets be sent immediately to our attention to enable
us to process and send the new tickets back to you prior to
your departure.
We would need to receive your tickets at least 10 working days
before your departure. This would provide us with sufficient
turnaround time to get your new tickets to you.
In the event that such changes occur within 14 days of your
schedule departure, you will receive a notice via email or a
phone call from one of our customer service agents advising
you of this change and how to proceed with getting your new
air tickets.
